Consultancy

The ETC Department encourages its faculty members to undertake consultancy work through which they contribute towards the industrial growth, strengthen institute-industry interface and enrich their professional experience.

The faculty members have expertise in various research areas of interest to the industry, and therefore the Department provides consultancy services in the areas of PCB Design, Machine Learning, Embedded systems, Robotics, etc.

Name of the Company: FunMinds Learning Tech
Consultant: Prof. Flavia Leitao
Period: August 2021
Work done: Prof. Flavia Leitao Designed and fabricated a Prototype PCB for the Company, which included the Schematic and Layout Design in Eagle, generating the Gerbers and G-codes and fabricating it on the Nvis 72 CNC Machine.

Period: July 2019 to Jan 2020
Work done: Trained the team in designing the PCB in Eagle, generating the Gerbers and G-codes and fabricating it on the Nvis 72 machine.

Work done: Trained the team in designing the PCB in Eagle, generating the Gerbers and G-codes and fabricating it on the Nvis 72 and also assisted them with their first and second prototype manufacturing
