The Objective of the Program:
The objective of this session was to equip students with the essential skills and knowledge required to build and manage their personal brand effectively. Through an engaging and informative workshop, we aim to provide insights into various aspects of personal grooming, branding, self-promotion and communication strategies that are vital for professional growth and success. Key Aspects to be Covered:
1. Personal Grooming: • Importance of appearance and attire in professional settings.
• How to identify and develop your unique personal brand.


2.Branding: • Understanding personal branding and its significance.
• Tips and strategies for maintaining a polished and professional look.


3. Promoting Oneself Professionally •Techniques for showcasing your skills and achievements.
• Building a professional online presence, including LinkedIn and other social media platforms


The Kargil Vijay Diwas Rajat Jayanti Mahotsav was a poignant reminder of the sacrifices made by Indian soldiers in the Kargil War. The event successfully honored the memories of the martyrs and inspired the NCC cadets to follow in their footsteps.

The Outcome of the Program:
The Personal Branding session conducted on June 19th, 2024, was a resounding success, leaving participants equipped with invaluable skills and insights. Students across BCOM, BBA, BA, BSC, and BCA programs emerged with a profound understanding of how to cultivate and project a compelling personal brand. The interactive and informative workshop led by Mr.Mohammed Mohit Khan and Mr.Payal Mohanty empowered attendees to refine their personal grooming, articulate their unique value propositions, and harness effective communication techniques. As a result, participants are now better prepared to navigate their professional journeys with confidence, effectively promote themselves, and establish strong, lasting professional relationships. The positive feedback and heightened enthusiasm among students underscore the session's impact, marking a significant step towards their professional development and career readiness.
