The School of Business and Management, the premier wing of St. Francis de Sales College (Autonomous), offers a comprehensive education in business through both undergraduate and postgraduate programs across various management disciplines. Since 2005, we have been offering the BBA program, the BBA in Aviation since 2020, and the MBA program since 2020. These programs are strategically designed to cultivate quality managers and entrepreneurs who are well-equipped to face the challenges of the corporate sector.
The curriculum is crafted to provide students with the necessary tools to succeed as business leaders and managers. We offer a range of experiential learning opportunities such as Social Responsibility Projects, Industry Review Projects, Organizational Structure Studies, Inbound and Outbound Training, Book Review Competitions, Summer Internships, Current Affairs Discussions, Weekly Presentations, Skill Enhancement Programs, and Dissertation Work. These activities help students gain valuable hands-on experience in diverse business environments.
