About Department

The Department of Mechanical Engineering is in the forefront of promoting Industry Institute Interaction by organizing collaborative workshops, seminars, experts talks, field visits etc. It emphasizes on development of practical skills to make students employable and industry ready. The department has qualified & experienced faculty from core areas of Mechanical Engineering, i.e. Design, Thermal, Manufacturing, Automation & Industrial Engineering with average experience of more than 10 years. The Department is actively involved in consultancy, testing and training for industries and Government organizations. We also intend to tie up with local industries to set up centers of excellence to jointly promote research and development and other activities.
